If you wish to have your ashes, or that of your loved ones, scattered at MDUUC, please contact the Lead Minister at MDUUC, at (925) 934-3135 to arrange a date for the scattering. The cost to scatter the ashes is $200, which goes to the upkeep of the garden. Please provide the deceased’s name and birth/death dates below.
The congregation of the church, recognizing the need for a dignified memorial to the individuals whose cremated remains are interred or scattered in the Memorial Garden, has established a Memorial Wall. This is located on the exterior west wall of the office building.
Individual bronze plaques, size ten by two inches and containing the name, year of birth and death of the deceased, are permanently mounted on this wall. The current cost per plaque is $300.

Use capital letters and leave a space between words. Please return this letter with your check for the total cost, after signing below. Plaques are individually cast in bronze, and take a minimum of 8 weeks to arrive and we will notify you when the plaque has been mounted on the wall.
